Project Objective

Revitalize the front yard with a striking, low-maintenance design that enhances curb appeal and durability. The project will replace the old flagstone with modern, complementary materials, including Corten steel planters for a bold statement. The existing porch will be overlaid with Trex composite decking, ensuring longevity and effortless upkeep while creating a cohesive, standout aesthetic.

End Result

• A beautiful new patio throughout with lots of room for entertaining. 
• A soil correction which resolved the drainage issues & created a stable subbase which didn't exist previously. 
• Gave the client piece of mind knowing they don't have to worry about water pooling and potential flooding. 
• A beautiful stepping stone path leading to their patio with lots of river rock to further facilitate good drainage. 
• New matching garden bed curbs, steps, and window well, built to last.
